Attended a brewing course in Erfurt at a local microbrewery. Intending to learn the brewing lingo in German, I was pleasantly surprised to learn some new tips and tricks.
The equipment is a bit different and the ingredients are a bit harder to obtain, but the goal is the same: beer.
