So begins my journey to become a German master baker. The process involves four parts; parts one and two are contained herein.
A test run in breaducation in order to see if I will encounter any problems for my upcoming master baker training in 2019.
A solution to “all my problems” was presented, but it only created different problems… and a guide to buying a bakery.
After being at my second bakery internship for about four months, they start to accept me as one of them – in fact, plans are underway to become officially recognized.
